每天三片高纤维面包,可以远离心血管医生吗?(4)

当前,许多人都存在着膳食纤维摄入不足的问题。据公开资料,与营养学会推荐的居民每日膳食纤维摄入量20~25克相比,目前我国居民每日摄入量仅在11.8克左右,存在相当大的差距。因此,如果你爱吃面包,不如优先考虑富含纤维的面包。
